Key Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

Develop, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to create effective ad campaigns.
Monitor and analyze ad performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI.
Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
Align advertising strategies with overall business and marketing goals.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed

Proven experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital advertising principles and strategies.
Proficiency in using ad management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
Basic understanding of Google Workspace Apps
Basic understanding of Canva
Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
